Lem Cartman is the CEO of WE Consulting, with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and a deep passion for system optimization and bridging gaps. As a speaker and workshop facilitator, Lem empowers organizations to reach their goals through collaboration, strategic insight, and tailored solutions designed to make impact sustainable.

Nick Davis is the Chief Marketing Officer at WE Consulting, specializing in media production, branding, and digital storytelling. He helps clients bring their vision to life through compelling, high-impact content. Whether it’s photography, video production, or brand development, Nick ensures every project tells a story that connects and sticks with its audience.

Caroline Molina is the Chief Operating Officer at WE Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and is currently pursuing an MBA at Rutgers Business School, specializing in Global Business, Technological Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
